Sizzlin 99.9 is making moves
KSIZ Sizzlin 99.9 is going back to its roots using Sizzlin 99.9, but don’t worry, using either KSIZ or Sizzlin 99.9 will get you to the same place.
We’re slowly making moves to include a new format known as, Trop Rock. Artists that have influenced the genre are Jimmy Buffett, Kenny Chesney and Doug Kershaw.
Trop Rock or “tropical rock” is a genre of popular music that incorporates elements and influences of rock, reggae, country, folk, calypso, zydeco, and pop music, with themes and musical compositions inspired by an island style which will blend well with our rock classic theme and the new, “Island Hop” program.

The NEW format delivers some lively discussions from local restaurant owners, reporters, local entertainers, musicians and car guys like Brian Warhol, John Jackson, Mike Linner, Ken Madden and Christopher Allen Skoog
